Refund & Return (Overview)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, Tshack Egypt maintains a strict no-return, no-exchange policy.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are made-to-order based on your specific design and size selection. Therefore, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

– Incorrect size or fit.

– Color preference issues (unless demonstrably different from the order).

– Customer design errors (e.g., typos, misplaced logos, or poor resolution).

– Change of mind.

Please review your order details, including size charts and design placement, carefully before finalizing your purchase.

– Resolution: Approved claims for damaged or defective items will be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items (The Only Exception)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error on our part, we will gladly offer a resolution.

– Procedure: You must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

– Proof Required: You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Resolution: Approved claims for damaged or defective items will be processed as replacement orders. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {contact@tshackeg.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order online only before the order status changes to “Printing.” Once the printing process has begun, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
